Thinly slice all the veggies of your choice and keep them ready.

Take 2 slices of white bread slices and remove the crust. Spread a generous amount of butter evenly on each slice of bread.

Next, evenly spread the sandwich chutney as much as you like over the butter layer.

Place boiled potato slices, followed by chat masala.

Layer tomato slices and sprinkle chat masala.

Layer slices on cucumber and repeat sprinkle of chat masala.

Place onion slices, followed by masala.

Lastly, place beetroot slices and sprinkle masala over the beetroot slices.

Cover with another slice of butter and green chutney-smeared bread. Press it slightly.

Slice it with a sharp knife or bread knife into 4 or 6 pieces. Make sure that the filling does  not come out. Street style Bombay Veg Sandwich is ready to serve.
